You have more accounts than hours. Decide which ones deserve your attention now.

One fits perfectly and has been still for months. Another has just moved and is not your client. Ordering them by intuition makes you call the wrong one in the wrong week.

01

A single number adds up both judgements and hides which of the two it came from.

Almost every priority list mixes fit and timing into one score. Two accounts scoring "7" can need opposite work: one is watched, the other is decided.

And the cost is not theoretical: the effort goes to the account that looked important, while the good one is worked late and badly.

02

It judges every account on two independent axes — fit and timing — and returns an order with the reason for each position.

It crosses them in a matrix and stops exactly where a normal list walks past: the two cells where the axes disagree. Those are the product. The instrument names them, poses the question and demands you write what you decide and why — it does not resolve them for you. Both answers are valid; the one that is not is never having decided.

03 · Who it is for

For anyone working a portfolio who has to defend why they are not calling the big one.

When it is NOT for you

It is no use if you expect it to bring you the accounts.

04

What is included

Two axes, one matrix, two named contradictions and an exportable portfolio.

01

FIT axis

Is this account worth my time? Judged on its own, uncontaminated by whatever the account is doing this week.

02

TIMING axis

Is it now? Judged separately, and it expires far faster than fit does.

03

The two contradictions

It fits and is not ready; it moved and does not fit. The instrument names them and demands a written decision and reason.

04

Expiry per judgement

Judgements carry a date. An account observed four months ago leaves the order: expired is not discarded.

05

Prioritised Portfolio

Eight fields per account: position, both axes with their basis, the contradiction if any, why it sits there, what you still do not know, until when it holds and what comes next.

06

Seven-move playbook

And several portfolios in the same file, to keep clients, prospects or territories apart.

Between two equal accounts, the verified one goes before the one you were told about. The basis of a judgement is not decoration on the report: it changes the order.

05

How it works

What no list does: stop where the two axes disagree.

01

You declare the accounts and both axes

Fit and timing separately, each with its basis: I verified it or I was told.

02

They cross in the matrix

And the two uncomfortable cells appear — the ones a single number would have averaged out of existence.

03

You decide the contradictions

The instrument does not resolve them: it asks you to write what you do and why. Both answers are valid; not deciding is not.

04

Out comes the order with its expiry

With the closing condition and the date each judgement stops holding.

06

You finish with a Prioritised Portfolio you can show your partner.

Neutral, printable, with your name on it. Not a sorted list: an order with the reason for each position and the date that reason expires.

Judgements expire: timing fast, fit slowly. Expired is not low: one means you no longer know, the other that you know it is not. An expired account leaves the order instead of dropping down it.

07

What it does NOT do

Every line is a boundary verified in the build, not a list written for tone.

It does not search or watch accounts

It alerts you to nothing: it expires what you dated.

It predicts nobody's purchase

It orders your judgement; it does not replace it with a model that cannot explain itself.

It does not grow pipeline or book meetings

It works on the portfolio you already have.

It imports nothing and connects to nothing

You write the judgements, and writing them forces you to declare where they come from.

08

Where it sits in the system

Prioritising comes first when the portfolio exists. After that the question changes.

Customer Acquisition Diagnostic

When the prioritised account becomes a client and has to be diagnosed: what is broken in its operation and in what order it gets fixed.

Revenue Leak Diagnostic

Prioritising the portfolio orders who to work. If leads are also coming in and revenue does not show up, the question is a different one: at which junction between platform, CRM and close they are being lost.

Who made it

Thirteen years building acquisition systems for operations that do not forgive: BAIT and Farmacias YZA (Walmart, FEMSA), Movistar, Mercedes-Benz. Over 5M MXN a month under management.

I don't optimise campaigns. I govern systems. And I don't publish courses here — I publish the instruments I work with. Same judgement I apply on a paid engagement; the difference is that here you run it.

Questions

Does it connect to my CRM?

No, deliberately. You write the judgements, and writing them forces you to declare where they come from. An automatic import would have produced the same order you already have, with more confidence and no more basis.

What happens to an account with no news for months?

It expires and leaves the order. It does not drop: it leaves. Dropping it would claim you know it is not a priority; removing it says the truth, which is that you no longer know.

Can I keep several portfolios?

Yes, in the same file: clients, prospects, territories or teams kept apart. Everything is stored in your browser and never travels to a server.

Is this a course?

No. It is a tool you run yourself in the browser. You answer what you know about your operation and you leave with a document you can put in front of whoever signs.

What exactly do I receive?

A ZIP file. Unzip it and open it with a double click. It runs on your machine, with no account, no sign-up and no connection: nothing you type leaves it.

Is there a subscription?

No. One-time purchase, no renewal and no account to maintain. The price shown is the base price; the checkout will show the amount with tax.
