Data we receive
Depending on the form, we receive your email, name, company, phone number if provided, messages, diagnostic answers and operational figures such as spending, leads and conversion. We also record the source and date of the request. For purchases, we receive order information needed for access and support. We do not request sensitive personal data; please do not include it in free-text messages.
Why we use it
To handle your request, display or provide the requested resource or result, answer questions, manage product access and support, and keep records of these operations. Agreeing to marketing is not required to access resources or receive a response.
Marketing: a separate choice
If you select the optional checkbox, we use your data to send analyses, resources and offers from Cesar Baz through MailerLite, including automated follow-up sequences. We record your choice, the date, notice version, language and form. If you leave the box unchecked, that request does not create a MailerLite subscription. Leaving it unchecked does not cancel a previous subscription: use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us to withdraw consent.
Providers and external services
We use hosting and email services to store and handle requests, and MailerLite for authorized marketing emails. These providers may process data to deliver their services, including outside Mexico. We do not describe this processing as the absence of third parties. Links to Hotmart for purchases and WhatsApp for conversations lead to services with their own privacy notices; review their terms before providing information.
Browsing and measurement
The site uses Google Tag Manager and measurement tools to understand visits and interactions such as clicks and requests. They may use cookies and browser technical data. Local storage is also used for preferences and reading access. You can manage or delete cookies and storage in your browser; some preferences may be lost. The marketing checkbox is not a cookie control or a control for all measurement technologies.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection (ARCO rights), restrict use or disclosure, and withdraw consent by emailing headgrowth@cesarbaz.com with the subject “Privacy / ARCO”. Include your name, a reply contact and the data or processing concerned; for rectification, specify the correction. We will explain how to verify identity or representation in a proportionate, secure manner. Do not send sensitive documents in your first message. We will reply through your chosen channel within applicable time limits. Withdrawal is not retroactive and retention obligations may still apply.
Retention and security
We retain request, order and consent records to fulfill their purpose and applicable obligations. Site backup records are not publicly accessible. To request deletion or ask about retention of your data, use the contact above. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this notice
Updates will be published at this address with their date. If a new purpose requires consent, we will request it before using your data for that purpose. Last updated: September 28, 2026.
