Before you act on a number, decide how far it can be believed.

Almost anyone can tell you whether a measurement exists. Very few can tell you how far it can be trusted — and that is the sentence you need when a decision depends on it.

01

The problem is not that the number is wrong. It is not being able to say where it stops being believable.

Someone puts a number on the table and a decision has to be made on it. Nobody knows where it comes from, who configured it, or when it was last checked.

"I don't trust it" is not a professional answer. Neither is "trust it" without having looked. And between the two there is nothing written you can show.

02

It takes the measurement chain you declare — not one from a manual — and rules on each stage.

There is no canonical chain: yours is the one under review. Every stage is examined from four layers —cause, executor, delivery and observation— and at each you declare what you know and how you know it. The instrument separates what you verified from what you were told and from what you have not looked at yet, and returns a verdict that names the stage and the layer where the chain stops holding.

03 · Who it is for

For anyone who has to rule on a measurement they did not build.

When it is NOT for you

It is no use if you expect it to audit in your place.

04

What is included

Everything lives inside the tool: there is no separate manual repeating what you already read while using it.

01

The complete tool

A single file you open with a double click. No install, no account, no connection.

02

The four-layer model

Cause, executor, delivery and observation: four different ways in which something verifiably correct stops meaning that the effect happened.

03

The cut-off rules

Which combination produces each verdict, written before you need them. They are not opinions: a stage where no layer observed the effect cannot come out reliable.

04

A worked example

A whole chain ruled on, so you see it working before you put yours in.

05

The exportable verdict

Printable, copyable and in JSON. Unbranded: it comes out with your name on it.

06

What to do with each state

Exactly what is missing for a stage to change verdict. The report does not end in a judgement: it ends in a condition.

⚠️ There is no separate manual, and that is deliberate. The method lives inside the tool: instructions, limits, example and output. A separate PDF would repeat what you already read while using it.

05

How it works

A path that leaves no gaps, instead of an audit done from memory.

01

You declare the chain

The path from the fact to the number, in your words and your operation. No textbook chain is imposed on you.

02

You review each stage across four layers

Cause, executor, delivery and observation. At each you declare what you know and how: you saw it, you were told, or you have not looked yet.

03

The instrument applies the cut-off

Reading configuration panels end to end is not the same as having measured. A check that could not have failed protects nothing.

04

Out comes the verdict and its condition

TRUST, CONDITIONAL TRUST, DO NOT TRUST or NOT VERIFIED — with the stage and layer where it breaks, and what is missing to change it.

06

You finish with a Reliability Verdict you can show.

Not an overall grade, not a percentage. A verdict per stage, with the evidence that supports it, what is missing, and a sentence you can say in front of a client or a board without it falling apart.

And it declares its own expiry: the document states the conditions under which it stops being valid. A report that never says when it expires invites being used next year.

07

What it does NOT do

Every line is a boundary verified in the build, not a list written for tone. They are declared before purchase, not in the small print.

It does not build or configure measurement

That is another product. This one rules on what already exists.

It connects to no platform

No ingestion, no API, no credentials. You declare the observations.

It does not audit for you

It applies the criterion and forces you to be honest about what you actually checked. If nothing was observed, it does not issue a confident verdict.

It teaches no specific tool

Not its screens, not its configuration — deliberately: the question "can I believe this?" survives a change of platform.

08

Where it sits in the system

A single tool answers one question. The order between them is what answers an operation.

Before

Measurement Plan

If nothing is implemented yet, auditing is not the first move: first you decide what to measure and why. Measurement Plan produces the plan; this one rules on what was built from it.

After

Revenue Leak Diagnostic

Once the signal is trustworthy, the question changes: it is no longer whether the number is believable, it is at which junction between platform, CRM and close the leads are being lost.

Who made it

Thirteen years building acquisition systems for operations that do not forgive: BAIT and Farmacias YZA (Walmart, FEMSA), Movistar, Mercedes-Benz. Over 5M MXN a month under management.

I don't optimise campaigns. I govern systems. And I don't publish courses here — I publish the instruments I work with. Same judgement I apply on a paid engagement; the difference is that here you run it.

Questions

Do I need access to the accounts to use it?

Not to use it, yes to answer honestly. The tool orders what you know and what you do not; if you did not look at an account, you declare it as not established and the verdict reflects that. It does not replace access when something has to be checked inside.

How is it different from Measurement Plan?

Measurement Plan decides what to track before it is implemented. This one audits a chain that already exists and issues a reliability verdict. One comes before building, the other after. Together they are the Measurement Stack.

Does the verdict carry your branding?

No. It comes out neutral, with your name or your agency's. It is built for you to hand to your client.

Is this a course?

No. It is a tool you run yourself in the browser. You answer what you know about your operation and you leave with a document you can put in front of whoever signs.

What exactly do I receive?

A ZIP file. Unzip it and open it with a double click. It runs on your machine, with no account, no sign-up and no connection: nothing you type leaves it.

Is there a subscription?

No. One-time purchase, no renewal and no account to maintain. The price shown is the base price; the checkout will show the amount with tax.
